To keep your espadrilles in perfect condition, follow the instructions below according to the outer material:

For suede espadrilles:
Brush with a soft brush. If stained, apply a specific suede cleaner.

For leather espadrilles:
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt. A leather cream can be applied to nourish the leather.

For cotton fabric espadrilles:
Clean localised stains with a damp cloth and mild soap.

For all espadrilles:

Brush the sole with a soft brush to remove dust residue

Clean the inner lining with a damp cloth

If the jute sole gets wet, remove excess moisture with a towel and leave to air dry, away from heat sources and direct sunlight

Do not machine wash

Do not submerge in water

During long periods of storage, we recommend keeping them with shoe trees or tissue paper inside.

Shipping costs :

• Spain and Portugal : Free
• Rest of Europe : Free shipping on orders over €99. For orders below, shipping costs €8.
• United Kingdom : Free shipping on orders over £99. For orders below, shipping costs £18.
• USA and Canada : Free shipping on orders over €99. For orders below, shipping costs €20.
• Duties and Taxes — USA and Canada : All orders shipped to the United States and Canada are sent with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are included in your order; no additional charges will be applied at delivery.
• For orders to other countries, any customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges :

• You can exchange the item for a different size or colour, or swap it for another product.
• To make an exchange, write to us at orders@laanbarcelona.com and we will help you manage it.
• Timeframe : You have 15 days to contact us and send the product back, which must be unused, in perfect condition and with the labelling and box intact.
• The first exchange is free for orders from Spain. Subsequent exchanges will cost €4.
• The cost for the rest of Europe is €6 and for orders from the USA and Canada €18.
• For exchanges from the United Kingdom, the cost of return and redelivery is the responsibility of the buyer.

You can request a return easily from your customer account by following these steps:

• Log in with your email
• Select the order you wish to return
• Click on "Return items" and follow the instructions.

If you made your purchase without creating an account, you can contact us directly to manage your return at orders@laanbarcelona.com

• The return cost is €4 for Spain and Portugal, €6 for the rest of Europe and €18 for the USA and Canada.
• For returns from the United Kingdom, the customer must send the product to us at their own expense.
• Refund processed within 14-15 working days.
