Shipping and returns

Shipping costs :

Spain and Portugal : Free
Rest of Europe : Free shipping on orders over €99. For orders below, shipping costs €8.
United Kingdom : Free shipping on orders over £99. For orders below, shipping costs £18.
USA and Canada : Free shipping on orders over €99. For orders below, shipping costs €20.
Duties and Taxes — USA and Canada : All orders shipped to the United States and Canada are sent with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are included in your order; no additional charges will be applied at delivery.
For orders to other countries, any customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges :

You can exchange the item for a different size or colour, or swap it for another product.
To make an exchange, write to us at orders@laanbarcelona.com and we will help you manage it.
Timeframe : You have 15 days to contact us and send the product back, which must be unused, in perfect condition and with the labelling and box intact.
The first exchange is free for orders from Spain. Subsequent exchanges will cost €4.
The cost for the rest of Europe is €6 and for orders from the USA and Canada €18.
For exchanges from the United Kingdom, the cost of return and redelivery is the responsibility of the buyer.
